I suppose this page should really be called “About Me” as Full Square is my own company and it only employs me directly. Indirectly though, Full Square is a huge organisation, connected as it is to all of the suppliers, designers, illustrators, photographers and business colleagues that I have worked with for 20 years in the promotional marketplace. This industry is really all about contacts, one company will source your pens from one supplier, I might choose another. The same goes for mugs or printed brochures or large format prints. There are few, if any, companies out there that can manufacture or print everything themselves. So how do you know what you are buying or where it comes from, how do you decide where to buy your printed promotional material?

I can honestly say that, in my experience, this decision is a purely personal one. There are lots of people who do what I do and I won’t pretend to be other than a fixer or a project manager, because this is essentially what I do. That I have some clients that I have known for over 15 years and new ones that are happy to recommend me is the reason for the success of Full Square. What I believe makes my customers return to me, year on year, is that they get a good, honest service. I give away lots of free advice, recommend alternative sources if I can’t do it myself, proactively find suppliers and new products or get them made to order for you. To me, the art of promotion is all about flair, creativity and being responsive to your clients needs - so this is what I try to deliver.
